| well, i'm officially back in good old Lynchburg at good old Liberty
lookin for a good old job... yep... got back monday at about 4, picked
up the key to my room and started fillin out applications and fun stuff
like that... moved the basics into my apartment... went job hunting
yesterday also, then hung out with terri at the drowsy later on... back
to looking for jobs again today... still no calls from anywhere, i
suppose tomorrow i shall start the process of calling them to see if
they looked my apps over... tomorrow all the sld's get back so it
should get a bit more crowded around here, then sunday all the little
freshies come in.... oh and for those of ya'll from liberty, they have
officially ended the "iptv" trial - ya know, the cool thing where we
could actually have tv on our computers, yep, it's gone.... anyways...
i think i'll go make some dinner finally... *ciao*...

| so after many hours of flying yesterday i finally got back here to york... my time in oregon was absolutely fantastic... riles had to work a lot.... i think he put in about 80 hours this past week... but we still had a good bit of time in the evenings to hang out... did prenatals and postpartums last thursday and one on friday with mrs. bender... there were a couple of young babies (about 7 days old)... so adorable... the baker city house church is amazing... and riles' family is just fantastic... so now i'm back here... last day of work is on sunday and then i'm leaving on either tues., wed., or thurs. to go back down to the "burg"... anyways, think i'm gonna head out in a bit - i have some things to get done before i run bek to the youth thing tonight... *love*... |

| sooooooooooooo... went to tanger and rockvale on friday to do
some of my back to school shopping early to get some of those fourth of
july week bargains... then work this weekend as usual and a trip to
hershey medical center on saturday - mom's dad was checked in up there
so i went and visited with him and grandma for a while... church sunday
at grace then work... today i had off so i went and got my hair
"fixed"... about two weeks ago i attempted to give myself my own
haircut complete with layers and failed miserably... the stylist today
fixed it up but had to take it a lot shorter in order to fix the
"irreparable damage" that i had proudly done to it... contacted liberty
today to see about being able to get back on campus about 2 weeks
early, before the semester starts in order to be able to get a decent
job down there in Lynchburg -- they're supposed to respond back by the
end of the week... rebekah sent a letter from trinidad and tobago that
i just got today... she's doing lovely down there south of the equator
for those wondering - however, when she wrote the letter, 32 of her
team's suitcases still hadn't gotten there... how funny... course she
probably doesn't think that... poor girl... and michael is doing well -
graduated from boot camp in the top ten percent with honors... he was a
leader of a platoon during the end of boot camp... he's currently
moving on to another base in texas to continue his air force training
as a tactical aircraft technician/engineer on f-16s and f-22s (i
believe) for another 6 months or so, ending in late december/early
january... anyways... i'm gonna go now... *ciao*...

| hello lovelies... life is going well back here in PA... work is, well, work as always, but at least its decent money... late hours most nights, making for an awkward sleep schedule but it's alright... two weeks and one day now until i fly out to boise, idaho then drive to north powder, oregon to see riley and meet the majority of the bender family... this upcoming week, michael will graduate from boot camp down in lackland, texas and will find out when his next training session will last until, that way he and amber can set the date and plan their wedding... other than those things, not much going on... booked the townhouse in sedella, malaga, spain about a week ago for sure... now i just need a roomie or two to split the rent with... anywho... happy belated fourth of july to you all and have a lovely summer... *ciao*... |
